NEW YORK, NY --- After hosting a private preview party, sampling several recipes, two photo shoots and getting a great team together, Charles A Cann is excited and confident that Tropical Ghana Delights cookbook will make the desired impact when it is published.

“The feeling is great but there is a lots of work ahead to get everything together for the book to be out. I am very excited but I have to contain it for now,” said Cann.

“I definitely have to take a brief moment from the kitchen to see these final steps happen but I don’t know how that will work since I love to stir and whip up something most times. I have to endeavor very hard to withstand the pressure,” added Cann.

As part of the final steps for the cookbook is the launch in April 2007 of the Tropical Ghana Cookbooks website which will occupy the web space www.tropicalghanacookbooks.com.
