MATAWAN, NJ --- In an effort to “break the ice” at a family Thanksgiving gathering, Charles A Cann told family members that he has a book coming out on April Fool’s day, 2007. The pronouncement was to draw enough laughter and attention to inform family members that plans for the proposed cookbook – Tropical Ghana Delight - was far advanced and a photo shoot has being scheduled for early January 2007.

After shopping around for publishers, Cann has decided to self-publish the Tropical Ghana Delights cookbook.

He is finalizing talks with a few individuals on joining his team to work on various parts of the book that will capture the essence of the Tropical Ghana cooking spirit.
