The popular African proverb..."the way to a man's heart is through his stomach"
is very true. But I think it holds for more than
just a man; it also incudes a woman, a child, a
grandparent, a friend, a boss, a love interest,
a neighbor, in fact... everyone.
You will agree with me if you have experienced a
setting like a conference, a speech, a workshop,
a meeting, basically any activity where someone
addresses an audience. Like me I believe when you
are in a setting like that with a hungry stomach,
you hear one thing in one ear and it goes out in
the other ear; the only thing you remember is your
stomach rumbling - hunger.
And sometimes they say "a hungry person can be an
angry person." So watch out you do not get in their
way! Or get in their way and melt their hearts with
a lovely plate of food served in a very special
way.

TROPICAL GHANA LOVE is a simple way of making time and
spending it to cook and garnish food to bring a wonderful
smile to a love one's face.
You are not just cooking like the African proverb to reach
their hearts but also to leave a lasting impression because
they are special.
The Simple Affordable Tropical

- Don't make a computer menu, hand write it
in fine writing like calligraphy, color pencils and
then make copies. This make it special -

- Use fresh ingredients not processed foods -
- Have different fruits depicting different colors -
- Tangerine, mango, chicken, shrimp, avocado pear, basil,
carrot, ginger, red onion, plantain and honey leave
a lasting impression, use them as much as you can or
get help from Tropical Ghana Delights -
- Try to mix vegetables that come in variety of colors,
instead of using green pepper only... mix and match
it with red, yellow and orange peppers. It makes it
more appealing -
- Peel and slice slightly tender ripe yellow plantains
along the length into two, then cut the new pair into
two, creating quarters. You get four nicley shape pieces of plantain. Grill
it till golden brown, spread with peanut butter (groundnut
paste) and top with crushed cashew nut or peanuts. A
delicacy that gets you the number one spot -
- Serve tea with honey, NOT lemon but fresh TANGERINE juice, you will remember the difference -

- Always serve something with cocoa (like chocolate),
just a sweet aroma and cocoa has great nutritional values
